This Licensed MDS Coordinator role focuses on completing the RAI process for each resident, ensuring accurate transmission and verification with State agencies, and building a high-performing team dedicated to compliant care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Texas LPN/RN with current credentials.
• CPR certification valid and current.
• Minimum of one year in a supervisory role in healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MDS coordination and ensure accurate RAI processing for residents.
• Lead and develop a high-performing MDS team.
• Ensure timely transmission and verification of MDS data with regulatory bodies.
