Avir Vista is seeking a licensed MDS Coordinator to join our family. The ideal candidate is resident and family focused, a team builder, and excited about leading a high-performing team and culture.

The main responsibility is to complete the RAI process for each resident, with transmission and verification of receipt by the State, in accordance with State and Federal regulations. Walk-ins are welcome daily!

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of long-term care standards and Federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complete the RAI process for each resident.
• Transmit and verify receipt by the State.
• Lead and develop a high-performing care team.
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations.
