Job summary
AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family. We are looking for a licensed MDS Coordinator who will complete the RAI process for each resident and ensure timely transmission and verification with the State. The role requires strong leadership to build and guide a high-performing team focused on quality and compliance.

Qualifications
- Valid Texas Nurse License.
- Valid CPR Certification.
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program.
- Knowledge of long-term care standards per Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
Responsibilities
- Complete the RAI process for each resident, as required by State and Federal regulations.
- Transmit and verify receipt of RAI data with the State.
- Build and lead a high-performing MDS team to ensure accurate assessments and regulatory compliance.
