Job summary

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family. The role involves completing the RAI process for each resident, with transmission and verification by the State; walk-ins are welcome daily.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Texas nursing license.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations (Federal Register, Conditions of Participation, state regulations).

Responsibilities

• Complete the RAI process for each resident.
• Transmit and verify receipt of RAI data with the State.
• Lead and develop a high-performing MDS team.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations.
