The role requires a nursing degree and an active RN/LPN license, with strong knowledge of MDS processes and regulatory standards. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure accurate data, timely assessments, and compliant reimbursement practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Ability to apply regulatory and compliance standards related to MDS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete comprehensive resident assessments (MDS) accurately and timely.
• Serve as a resource for resident care planning and conduct MDS process orientations.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on care planning and support regulatory compliance and reimbursement accuracy.
