Job summary

Healthcare Partners in the United States is hiring an MDS Coordinator to oversee resident assessments, care planning, and reimbursement accuracy. You will coordinate assessments, ensure timely documentation, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support quality care and facility compliance.

This role requires an active state nursing license (preferred) and at least one year of MDS experience, with strong attention to detail and knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and MDS regulations.

• Support audits, surveys, and quality initiatives
