Nexion Health, Inc. seeks an MDS Coordinator to oversee resident assessments in a collaborative nursing environment. The role focuses on timely, accurate MDS data collection and serves as a resource for care planning.

Ideal candidates hold a nursing degree with RN or LPN licensure and possess working knowledge of MDS regulations to support regulatory compliance and reimbursement accuracy. Forney, Texas, 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• LPN/LVN or RN license is required.
• Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards related to MDS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and completes comprehensive MDS assessments, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Serves as a resource for care planning activities and conducts orientation sessions on the MDS process.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to support regulatory compliance and reimbursement accuracy.
