Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development abilities, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing skills.
• Knowledge of merchant cash advances, small business financing, or financial services products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with business owners.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify established SMBs and conduct needs-based consultations.
• Present appropriate funding solutions and close opportunities.
• Manage inbound/outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
• Prepare and submit funding applications and guide clients through the funding process to closing.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with underwriting and operations to meet sales targets.
