Job summary

Shield Funding is seeking a full-time on-site MCA Sales Representative in Miami, FL. You will prospect and qualify small and mid-sized businesses, conduct needs-based consultations, and present funding solutions to close deals.

You'll manage high-volume inbound/outbound calls and guide clients through applications to funding, while keeping CRM records up to date. Collaborating with underwriting and operations, you will aim to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of merchant cash advances, small business financing, or related financial services products.
• Strong sales and business development abilities, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and consult with business owners.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset in a performance-driven environment.
• Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or financial services sales is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL and maintain a professional presence with clients and colleagues.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business/finance is a plus.
