Job summary

Leidos Defense Systems seeks a Digital Systems Engineer to blend MBSE, systems architecture, and technical project management across the engineering lifecycle. You will guide requirements, architecture working groups, and ICD generation with Cameo Modeler and VTL.

You will drive risk management within modeling environments, ensure end-to-end traceability, and collaborate across matrixed teams to deliver high-fidelity system solutions. U.S. citizenship and Top Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral communication skills with a history of delivering briefings/demonstrations.
• Experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary engineering tasks.
• Hands-on experience developing architectural system concepts and models (BDDs/IBDs).
• Proven ability to build and apply template scripts to drive report automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead MBSE conceptual model space to capture complex requirements and traceability.
• Form multi-discipline requirements and architecture working groups alignment.
• Develop and implement automated scripts for report automation and ICD generation.
• Drive system integration by linking tooling and data models across the lifecycle.
