Job summary

Leidos Defense Systems is seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer to join our team. This role drives MBSE workflows, links architecture with verification, and leads requirements and design efforts across high-priority DoD portfolios.

You will build models in Cameo/MagicDraw, develop scripts in Python/MATLAB, conduct trade studies, and provide technical leadership in a matrixed environment. U.S. Citizenship and active TS clearance are required; onsite work with 10–20% travel.

Qualifications

• BS degree in an engineering discipline with 4+ years of experience.
• Proven MBSE experience and SysML-based architecture capture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural and behavioral capture of high-speed system architectures in Cameo/MagicDraw, creating unified SysML views.
