Job summary

Leidos Defense Systems seeks a Systems Engineer to drive MBSE workflows and cross‑functional collaboration for high‑priority DoD programs. You will bridge architecture capture, requirements management, and verification while guiding a matrixed team.

You will create and maintain parametric models, automate artifacts with scripting, and support strategic trade studies to assess cost and performance Tradeoffs. A TS clearance is required.

Qualifications

• MBSE expertise with SysML modeling in Cameo or MagicDraw.
• Experience capturing architecture and requirements across complex systems.
• Proficiency with scripting for automation (VTL, Python, MATLAB).

Responsibilities

• Lead MBSE activities and architecture capture across teams.
• Ensure requirement traceability from design to verification.
• Develop parametric models to quantify design tradeoffs.
