Leidos Defense Systems is seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer to drive MBSE workflows and value-driven design across DoD portfolios. You will lead requirements and architecture working groups and oversee verification for critical hardware and software environments.

The role involves performing model-based systems engineering in Cameo Systems Modeler, scripting in Python/MATLAB, and coordinating cross-functional interfaces. Onsite work in a secure SCIF and 10–20% travel are required.

Formación

• 4+ years of Systems Engineering with MBSE and SysML.
• Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler or MagicDraw.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage traceability.
• Onsite work in a SCIF environment and willingness to travel 10–20%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the capture of high-speed system architectures using SysML views.
• Manage requirements and architecture working groups for open interfaces.
• Develop parametric lifecycle models and perform trade studies.
• Create automated artifacts using scripting (VTL/Python/MATLAB).
• Provide technical leadership within a matrixed team.
