Job summary

Miami University seeks an MBA & Professional Education Staff Director to lead the MBA program and tailored professional education, focusing on corporate partnerships, enrollment growth, and program development. This role serves as the external face for the MBA program and drives engagement with companies, HR leaders, alumni, and professional bodies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s with 8+ years.
• Experience in graduate or professional education, enrollment management, business development, corporate relations, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience developing and managing relationships with employers, executives, professional organizations, alumni, or other external stakeholders.
• Experience leading, supervising, or managing professional staff.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Partnerships and External Engagement – lead external-facing MBA engagements and build relationships with companies, HR, alumni, and networks to generate opportunities.
• MBA Strategy, Growth, and Program Leadership – define strategic direction and targets for enrollment, growth, and program development.
• Enrollment Management and Recruitment Leadership – oversee recruitment and enrollment strategy for working professionals, alumni, and students; coordinate with admissions and marketing.
• Marketing and Market Positioning – direct MBA program marketing across channels, campaigns, and events.
• Oversight of MBA Assistant Director – Student Experience – provide coaching and resolve complex student or operational issues.
• Budget, Data, and Program Performance – manage budget, track KPIs, and evaluate ROI for engagement and enrollment.
• Alumni and Business Community Engagement – build alumni networks and corporate partnerships for mentoring and recruitment.
