Job summary

Miami University in Oxford, OH seeks a Staff Director for MBA & Professional Education to lead external partnerships, enrollment growth, and program development.

This role serves as the primary external-facing representative for MBA certificates, degrees, and tailored professional education, developing relationships with companies, HR leaders, alumni, and professional networks to expand enrollment and engagement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and at least five years of relevant professional experience in graduate or professional education.
• Alternatively, bachelor’s degree plus eight years of relevant experience in enrollment management, corporate relations, or education programs.
• Experience leading staff and developing external partnerships with employers, alumni, and professional networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate partnerships and external engagement for MBA certificates and degrees.
• Set strategic direction and targets for enrollment growth and program development.
• Oversee MBA recruitment and enrollment strategies across key populations.
• Provide marketing guidance for multi-channel campaigns and market positioning.
• Supervise the MBA Assistant Director – Student Experience and address escalated issues.
• Monitor budget and program performance using key metrics.
