Miami University seeks an Associate Director for Industry Partnerships and Student Engagement within the Farmer School of Business. The role leads corporate engagement and active management of student organizations to advance partnerships and development.

The position involves travel and remote-hybrid work: four days on campus, one day remote, with a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience as requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5 years of work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships and develop business partnerships.
• Strong written and oral communication skills necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Host Farmer School of Business Organization & Engagement activities.
• Manage Cohort Engagement for Wealth Management and new cohorts (Consulting, Sales, Human Capital).
• Coordinate Class Projects and client agreements for StrategyWorks, FYIC, MA ECO, ESP, etc.
