Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 5+ years of relevant professional experience, or 8+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in graduate/professional education, enrollment management, or corporate relations.
• Proven ability to develop and manage relationships with employers, alumni, and external partners.
• Experience leading, supervising, or managing professional staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead external engagement for MBA certificates, degrees, and tailored professional education.
• Develop corporate partnerships with companies, HR and alumni to grow enrollment and opportunities.
• Oversee MBA recruitment strategies and enrollment growth, working with admissions and marketing teams.
• Set marketing strategy and oversee campaigns across channels to reach employer needs.
• Provide oversight for staff and resolve high-level student or program issues.
• Manage budget and track KPIs such as applications, yield, and revenue.
• Engage alumni and build a network for mentoring, recruitment, and partnerships.
