Job summary

The Miami University Alumni Association seeks an MBA & Professional Education Staff Director to lead external engagement, partnerships, enrollment growth, and program development for the MBA and tailored professional education offerings.

The role reports to the Associate Dean for Education Excellence and oversees development of corporate relations, marketing, and student experiences, while guiding strategy for certificates and degrees.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field with substantial professional experience
• Experience building external partnerships with employers and alumni
• Experience leading professional education programs and staff

Responsibilities

• Lead external engagement for MBA certificates and degrees with corporate partners, alumni, and professional networks
• Shape MBA strategy, growth, and program leadership including enrollment targets and market positioning
• Oversee MBA recruitment/enrollment strategy and collaboration with admissions and marketing
• Guide marketing and communications across channels to reach employer needs and student outcomes
• Provide oversight for the Assistant Director – Student Experience and escalate complex issues
• Participate in budgeting and program performance tracking, including ROI and KPIs
• Develop relationships with alumni and the business community to expand opportunities
