Job summary

Humana invites MBA and other advanced-degree students to join its Summer 2027 Internship Program. This 12-week, in-person internship is based primarily at Humana’s headquarters in Louisville, KY, with limited opportunities in Arlington, VA and several other U.S. locations.

Interns work 40 hours per week, typically in-office 3–4 days weekly. Interns contribute to enterprise-level work across strategic areas such as marketing strategy, consumer digital, strategy, market experience, and sales

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an MBA or another advanced professional degree program, with expected graduation spring/summer 2028.
• Available to work full time, 40 hours per week, May 24, 2027–Aug 13, 2027.
• Must work in-person 3–4 days per week in Arlington, VA; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Louisville, KY; Nashville, TN; or New York, NY.
• No sponsorship needed to work in the United States.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience completed before graduate school.
• Proven leadership through diverse experiences with measurable impact.

Responsibilities
