Job summary

Humana invites MBA and other advanced-degree students to join its Summer 2027 Internship Program. This immersive experience allows interns to contribute to enterprise-level work across multiple business functions, engage with executive leaders, and develop skills for a successful healthcare career after graduation.

Interns participate in strategic planning, product and digital initiatives, cross-functional coordination, and business case development to deliver value for members and the business.

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced professional degree pursued with expected graduation in spring/summer 2028.
• Available to work full-time for Summer 2027 (May 24–Aug 13, 2027).
• Must be willing to work in-person 3–4 days per week in listed U.S. locations.
• Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience before grad school.

Responsibilities

• Engage in strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration across business functions.
• Contribute to enterprise-level projects and product/digital initiatives.
• Support transformation efforts to deliver value for members and the business.
• Present findings and recommendations to leaders and stakeholders.
