Job summary

Humana invites MBA and other advanced-degree students to join its Summer 2027 Internship Program. This 12-week, in-person opportunity is based primarily at Humana’s headquarters in Louisville, KY, with limited Arlington, VA opportunities.

Interns work 3-4 days per week in-office, engage with executive leaders, and contribute to enterprise priorities. Qualified candidates are pursuing an MBA or another advanced degree with expected graduation in spring/summer 2028, available for full-time work

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree with expected graduation spring/summer 2028.
• Available to work full time 40 hours/week May 24, 2027–Aug 13, 2027.
• Willing to work in-person 3-4 days/week in Louisville, KY; Arlington, VA; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Nashville, TN; or New York, NY.
