Job summary

Humana in Boston (and other locations) invites MBA and advanced-degree students to join its Summer 2027 Internship Program. This 12-week, in-person internship provides exposure to enterprise-level work across business functions and chances to engage with senior leaders on meaningful projects.

Interns will work 3–4 days per week in the office, gaining hands-on experience in strategic areas such as marketing, consumer strategy, and sales, while developing leadership and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Enrolled in MBA or another advanced degree with expected graduation spring/summer 2028.
• Available to work 40 hours per week during Summer 2027 (May 24–Aug 13).
• In-person work 3–4 days per week at listed locations.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise-level strategic projects across multiple areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and business cases.
• Engage with executives and contribute to transformation efforts.
