Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in value consulting, management consulting, investment banking, or similar analytical role prior to MBA
• Experience building and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders
• Experience structuring complex problems and translating findings into actionable recommendations
• Experience using generative AI tools for research, drafting, or analysis

Responsibilities

• Facilitate internal and external discovery around customer business roles and processes across industries
• Collaborate with customers and sales teams to identify, quantify KPIs showing value of Salesforce solutions
• Size AI use cases and model their impact on cost to serve and revenue
• Build risk, compliance, and data privacy considerations into AI business cases
