Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program with an expected graduation of Spring 2028.
• 5+ years of experience in value consulting, management consulting, investment banking, or similar analytical roles prior to pursuing an MBA.
• Experience building and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Experience structuring complex problems and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience using generative AI tools for research, drafting, or analysis.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate internal and external discovery around customer business roles and processes across companies and industries, including areas where AI can make a difference
• Collaborate with customers and sales teams to identify, prioritize, and quantify the key performance indicators that show how Salesforce solutions address business goals
• Size financial services AI use cases, such as agents that handle routine service requests, and model their effect on cost to serve and revenue
• Build risk and compliance considerations into AI business cases, including model risk management, explainability, data privacy, and required human review
