Job summary

Salesforce in New York, NY seeks a Business Value Services MBA intern to work on strategic customer engagements, delivering quantifiable insights on how Salesforce AI solutions drive outcomes for financial services. Based in New York, you will partner with sales and engineering to shape use cases and business cases.

This fixed-term internship runs June to August/September; visa sponsorship is not available; ideal candidates have MBA enrollment and 5+ years in analytics roles, with experience

Qualifications

• MBA enrolled with expected graduation Spring 2028.
• 5+ years in value/management consulting or similar analytical role prior to MBA.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience structuring complex problems and translating findings.
• Experience using generative AI tools for research, drafting, or analysis.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate internal and external discovery around customer business roles and processes, including areas where AI can make a difference.
• Collaborate with customers and sales teams to identify, quantify and value KPIs for business goals.
• Size AI use cases in financial services and model their impact on cost to serve and revenue.
• Build risk and compliance considerations into AI business cases, including model governance and data privacy.
