• Ability to structure complex problems and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Experience using generative AI tools for research, drafting, or analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support discovery around customer business roles and processes, including AI opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to quantify KPIs that align with business goals.
• Size AI use cases in financial services and model their impact on cost to serve and revenue.
• Incorporate risk, governance, data privacy, and human review considerations into AI business cases.
