Responsibilities

• Facilitate internal and external discovery around customer business roles and processes, including workflows where AI could help.
• Collaborate with customers and sales teams to identify and prioritize key value drivers, including KPIs.
• Develop a quantified value model that sizes HLS AI use cases and demonstrates business value.
• Account for HIPAA and patient data considerations in AI business cases.
