The University of Texas at Austin is seeking an MBA Events Marketing Student Assistant to support on-campus MBA events and the admissions team. You will help with setup, materials, and communications during event cycles, and assist with inventory and follow-up tasks.

Ideal candidates are UT Austin students enrolled in at least 6 credit hours, highly organized, and able to work 10–19 hours weekly, including some evenings and Saturdays. The position ends May 31, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Attend MBA events on campus and manage setup, check-in, and breakdown
• Assist with event materials such as sign-in sheets and nametags
• Send event emails and SMS reminders; manage waitlists
• Track competitor events and contribute ideas
• Inventory management for promotional items
• Support the MBA recruiting strategy as needed
