Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a related graduate degree (e.g., Educational Psychology, Government, Higher Education Administration, Public Affairs, Social Work).
• Experience working with students in an academic environment.
• Experience reviewing and providing feedback on student writing.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with public speaking.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with student records and information.

Responsibilities

• Provide written and verbal feedback on student essays
• Score student essays using a rubric
• Deliver information sessions for prospective students
• Assist with outreach and recruitment
• Assist in preparing surveys and in organizing data
• Assist with updates and edits to the BDP website
• Other projects, as needed
