Job summary

Humana invites MBA and other advanced-degree students to join its Summer 2027 Internship Program. This 12-week, in-person internship offers hands-on experience across multiple business areas and opportunities to engage with executive leaders, shaping the future of healthcare with enterprise-level projects.

Interns will work 40 hours per week in Louisville, KY, with limited opportunities in Arlington, VA; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Nashville, TN; and New York, NY.

Qualifications

• MBA or another advanced degree with expected Spring/Summer 2028 graduation.
• Available to work full-time 40 hours per week for Summer 2027 (May 24–Aug 13).
• Willing to work in-person 3–4 days per week in Louisville, KY; Arlington, VA; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Nashville, TN; or New York, NY.
• Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience completed before starting graduate school.
• Demonstrated leadership through professional, academic, military, or extracurricular experiences with guiding teams and delivering results.
