Jerry Seiner Las Vegas is seeking a Mazda Sales Consultant to join our award-winning team and guide customers through the vehicle-buying journey. You will identify needs, demonstrate features, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced showroom.

We offer comprehensive training and a Mentor Program with a guaranteed $3,500 per month for the first three months, plus the potential to earn $48,000 to $125,000+ annually through performance. Benefits available.

What You'll Do

As a Mazda Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through every stage of the vehicle-buying experience, from the initial greeting through vehicle delivery and follow-up. You'll build lasting relationships while helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom and on the dealership lot.
• Identify customer needs and recommend vehicle solutions.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.
• Conduct engaging and informative test drives.
• Guide customers through the sales and delivery process.
• Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up and exceptional service.
• Accurately maintain customer information and sales activities within dealership CRM systems.
• Meet and exceed personal sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Automotive sales experience is preferred.
