Polynesian-Adventure-Tours, Maui-based operations team seeks a Full-Time Base Dispatcher to coordinate daily schedules, communicate with drivers and on-site staff, and ensure smooth guest experiences. The role is office-based with occasional on-site work, emphasizing reliability and clear communication.

You will support daily operations, manage reservations, and coordinate logistics with vendors while maintaining a calm, organized approach and promoting a respectful team culture on Maui.

Qualifications

• Local Maui resident
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, dispatch, administration, or a similar role
• Comfortable using computers and basic office systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and daily operations for the dispatch team.
• Communicate with drivers, on-site staff, and leadership throughout the day.
• Monitor traffic, road closures, and local events to avoid disruptions and weather.
• Update reservations and internal systems accurately.
• Coordinate meals, admissions, and logistics with local vendors.
• Support on-site operations when needed.
