Job summary

Responsibilities

• Report on time for scheduled shift and ensure drivers report on time.
• Monitor call logs and start times to verify correct day start.
• Review service orders and open runs for proper coverage.
• Adjust driver assignments to maintain on-time service delivery.
• Prepare trip sheets and necessary documents for drivers.
• Update driver schedules and logs daily and track route times.
• Communicate changes to drivers and management as needed.
• Keep management informed of potential service delays or resource issues.
