We are looking for local Maui residents to join our operations team as a Full-Time Base Dispatcher . This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values reliability, and wants to be part of a strong local team that supports one another and the island we call home.

About the Role

As a Base Dispatcher, you will support the daily flow of operations by coordinating schedules, communicating with drivers and on-site teams, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly for our guests and our crew.

This is a full-time position based primarily in the office, with occasional on-site work when needed. You’ll gain a strong understanding of how operations run from the inside and become a key part of our company’s success.

What You’ll Be Doing
