Maui Linen Supply Kahului, HI, is seeking a Production Dispatcher to coordinate daily linen flow through our commercial laundry operation. You will work with Production leads, supervisors, and Transportation to identify customer requirements, adjust priorities, and ensure orders are ready for delivery.

The role requires clear communication, accuracy in records, and the ability to adapt to changing production and customer needs in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in production, dispatching, logistics, warehousing, or a similar env preferred but not required.
• Clear and professional communication with team members and other departments.
• Ability to organize and prioritize in fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily flow of linen through production based on requirements.
• Communicate priorities to Production Leads, Supervisors, and teams.
• Monitor linen status and ensure orders meet schedules.
• Coordinate with Transportation regarding delivery priorities and shortages.
• Track linen and orders through sorting, washing, finishing, packing, staging.
• Verify proper labeling and staging for delivery routes.
• Maintain accurate production paperwork and records.
• Report delays, quality concerns, or issues to supervision.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow policies.
