Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field required; master’s degree preferred.
• Experience teaching math in K-12 with documented student growth.
• Proven ability to coach educators and support adult learning through effective facilitation.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation for instructional decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and coaching to teachers and school leaders in math instruction and best practices.
• Design, deliver, and support professional development for adult learners focusing on curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
• Develop high-quality math content, assessments, and instructional resources aligned with standards.
• Analyze school and student-level data to inform instructional strategies and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with academic partners to align programs across schools.
• Travel regularly to schools to provide in-person support and professional development.
