Job summary
Curriculum Associates in the New York City area is seeking a Professional Learning Specialist (Math) to lead targeted professional development for K-8 math educators, coaches, and district leaders. You will analyze data, provide in-classroom support, and collaborate with district teams to strengthen i-Ready Math implementation.
The role requires a Master’s in Math Education with 3+ years of teaching/coaching experience, fluency with online assessments, and a willingness to travel up to 80% for
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Mathematics education and 3+ years of teaching or coaching experience.
- Fluency with digital tools including online assessments.
- Understanding of adult learning principles for PD delivery.
- Willingness to travel within designated territory and nationally.
Responsibilities
- Lead targeted professional development for Mathematics teachers, coaches, and district leaders.
- Provide ongoing in-classroom support and data analysis to guide instruction.
- Coordinate with Sales, teachers, students, and school districts to implement Ready/i-Ready effectively.
- Develop annual professional development plans with district and site leaders.
- Travel up to 80% as required for educator-facing roles.
