Responsibilities
- Provide instructional coaching and professional learning to teachers.
- Lead data-driven instructional decisions and curricular alignment with PLCs.
- Design and deliver targeted professional development aligned to district goals.
- Mentor novice teachers to strengthen mathematics content knowledge and pedagogy.
- Monitor coaching impact with clear metrics and reflective practices.
- Promote equitable access to rigorous mathematics instruction.
