The Territory Manager at Laborie will lead day-to-day territory activities across the MCH portfolio, executing plans to meet quotas and expand adoption in hospital settings. You will conduct consultative clinical discussions, deliver product education, and build strong relationships with OB/GYN, NICU, and nursing leadership to drive trials and sustained use.

You will partner with IDN and GPO teams, manage CRM data, forecast outcomes, and navigate reimbursement considerations to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field.
• 5+ years in women's health, maternal health, OB/GYN or neonatal medical devices.
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 80% of time.
• Experience working with IDN or GPO aligned systems.
• CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Execute a defined territory plan to meet quota and grow the MCH portfolio.
• Lead consultative clinical discussions and product education for evaluations and adoption.
• Build relationships with clinicians, nursing leaders, physicians, and hospital stakeholders.
• Navigate value analysis, procurement, and reimbursement workflows with IDN/GPO teams.
• Utilize CRM data to forecast and prioritize opportunities for scalable results.
