Job summary

RRD is hiring for a warehouse production role in Utah. You will palletize finished goods, wrap pallets, and manage loading/unloading for assigned machines, including 227, Alphaliner, and Ferag. Proficiency with the machine interface, basic setup, and jam clearance is required.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and meeting production goals, with opportunities to train new team members and participate in team meetings. Overtime may be required as part of shift coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-1 year related experience.
• Ability to multi-task and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Palletize finished goods and ensure stable, neat wrapping.
• Load and unload materials, maintain inventory for assigned machines.
• Operate equipment (227, Alphaliner, Ferag) safely and troubleshoot jams.
• Support safety policies and conduct housekeeping to promote a healthy environment.
• Train and assist new and existing team members.
