Job summary

RRD in California is seeking a Warehouse Operator for 2nd shift (Wed-Sun, 12:15pm–8:30pm) to palletize finished goods and keep pallets stable and neat. You will load/unload and maintain material for assigned machines (227, Alphaliner, Ferag) while hitting quality and production goals.

Responsibilities include correct USPS labeling, safe operation, and teamwork. Requires a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and 0–1 year of related experience. OT may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-1 year of related experience is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare finished products per USPS standards and ensure proper labeling.
• Paletize finished goods and coordinate movement to finish location.
• Load/unload materials, perform basic machine setup, and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Support safety policies and assist with internal audits and records.
