Job summary

RRD is seeking a Warehouse Associate to palletize finished goods and ensure proper pallet stability. You will load/unload materials, operate equipment interfaces, and strive to meet safety and production targets.

The role requires basic math, attention to detail, and good communication, with a shift that runs Wednesday through Sunday starting early morning. OT may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-1 year related experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Palletize finished goods and ensure pallets are stable and neatly wrapped.
• Load and unload materials, set up machines, and respond to indicators and control panels.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with safety/security policies.
• Support internal/external audits and document compliance activities.
