Job summary

RRD is seeking a Warehouse/Production Helper to palletize finished goods and ensure pallets are wrapped for stability. This role involves loading, unloading, and maintaining materials for machine units, operating equipment, and meeting production goals.

Responsibilities include preparing products to USPS standards, handling material correctly, and addressing machine issues while following safety policies. Overtime may be required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
• 0-1 year related experience (preferred).
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to assess obstacles and make minor non-mechanical adjustments to ensure safety and maintenance procedures are followed.
• Ability to speak and communicate effectively utilizing the English language. (Preferred)
• Basic math skills.
• Team player (works well with others).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (varying upon equipment).

Responsibilities

• Prepare all finished products according to established USPS standards.
• Verify correct material for production line, and load and unload materials into the machine.
• Perform basic machine setup and adjust components and troubleshoot as needed.
• Support and comply with safety and security policies.
