Job summary

RRD is seeking a Production & Manufacturing teammate to palletize finished goods, wrap pallets securely, and support loading and unloading on the line. You will operate several machines, monitor indicators, and address jams or faults to keep production on track.

The role requires basic math, good English communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Overtime and shift work are common.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-1 year related experience.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to speak and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Palatalize finished goods and ensure pallet stability and neatness.
• Load/unload materials; prepare and move to finish location as directed.
• Safely operate equipment and monitor line performance and quality.
• Support safety, audits, and internal controls as required.
• Train and assist new and existing team members.
