Job summary

RRD in Dallas is seeking a Warehouse Associate to palletize finished goods and wrap pallets securely for the production line. You will load and unload materials, and maintain inventory flow while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

You will operate equipment (227, Alphaliner, Ferag) and assist with basic machine setup, troubleshoot issues, and support audits and continuous improvement efforts. This is 1st shift with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-1 year related experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Prepare finished products according to USPS standards and ensure proper palletization.
• Load/unload materials, perform basic machine setup, and troubleshoot as needed.
• Respond to indicator lights and address errors; clear jams; maintain safety and housekeeping.
