Job summary

RRD in Dallas seeks a Warehouse Associate to support material handling, packing, and shipping operations within Production & Manufacturing. You will lay up, feed, and stack materials at equipment, prepare skid bundles, and help ensure accurate tracking through flags and slips.

Ideal candidates are comfortable with forklift-involved tasks, labeling requirements, and using common warehouse tools such as pallet jacks and shrink-wrap. RRD offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Stock, move, arrange, and rotate items per operating instructions.
• Complete forms for stock description, quantity, unit, and labeling requirements.
• Operate shrink-wrap and strapping equipment, and manual lifting tools.
• Understand warehouse layout and stock locations to place or pull items.
• Forklift experience may be required.

Responsibilities

• Laying up, feeding or piling down materials at equipment.
• Jog product off counter stacker and stack neatly on skid for smooth operation.
• Complete skid flags and packaging slips for accurate tracking.
• Install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
• Attach identifying tags or labels to materials and record information on cases or pallets.
• Stack or bundle materials using a banding machine and clincher.
• May operate industrial truck or hoist to assist in loading/moving materials.
