Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of hourly, bargaining employees in material receiving and delivery to meet daily production targets.
• Troubleshoot issues and allocate resources to resolve problems without impacting throughput.
• Promote lean practices and Stellantis Production Way activities; interact with all organizational levels.
• Manage manpower, including absenteeism, training, and production methodology involvement.
• Monitor and replenish production lineside inventory stock levels.
