Qualifications

• 4-year technical or business degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles including auditing, standard work, root cause analysis, and 5S.
• Strong communication across all levels within the company.

• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence using Lean tools.
