Qualifications

Job Description

Lead teams of hourly, bargaining employees in material receiving and delivery activities to meet daily production targets. Troubleshoot issues and allocate resources to resolve problems without impacting throughput performance. Support daily production and promote lean Stellantis Production Way activities. Interact with all organizational levels, including bargaining and non-bargaining employees and executive leadership. Manage manpower, including absenteeism, training, and production methodology involvement. Monitor and replenish production lineside inventory stock levels.

Critical Information

Shift and hours vary; on-site environment; adherence to safety and productivity standards. Remote work is not available.

Education & Licenses

High School Diploma or GED Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or related field (preferred).

Experience

• Experience in manufacturing or supervisory role (18 months recommended)
• Experience working in a union environment
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and application
