The role requires coordinating replenishment, ensuring on-time materials, and promoting safety and continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field preferred.
• Experience in supervision, manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise material handling, receiving, inventory, and production support teams.
• Ensure materials are delivered to production lines accurately and on time.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent production delays.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and allocate manpower and resources to maintain production goals.
• Promote workplace safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage material handling equipment and ensure safe operating procedures are followed.
• Prepare daily reports related to safety, productivity, inventory, and operational performance.
• Partner with plant leadership and union representatives to support workforce engagement and resolve concerns.
